My name is Richard Talley. I have been involved in information technology for over fifteen years. I own and operate SoftDoc PlusSM which provides documentation services to small businesses. I am married to Sheila B. Parsons, nationally known watercolor artist. In my spare time, I enjoy driving my 1995 Mazda MX-5 Miata sports car. I am the secretary of the Arkansas Miata Club.
